CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVAL
Should you need to cancel, reschedule, or make a change to your existing appointment. Please call us at 818-835-9345.
We are not responsible for cancellation requests attempted but not made.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.

We understand situations occur and for that, we have the following Cancellation Policy in place.

Nail Services
We ask that you let us know of any cancellations at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service appointment. If you no show or don’t call you will be charged 100% of the service appointment. We do NOT have a grace period for appointments. You MUST be on time. If you find yourself running late for your nail appointment, we ask that you call and reschedule so that we may be on time for other scheduled clients.
Brow & Lash Services
We ask that you let us know of any cancellations at least 72 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service appointment. If you no show or don’t call you will be charged 100% of the service appointment. We do NOT have a grace period for appointments. You MUST be on time. If you find yourself running late for your appointment, we ask that you call and reschedule so that we may be on time for other scheduled clients.
